Fusaichi Concorde was born in 1993. He is by Caerleon out of Ballet Queen by Sadler's Wells.
In only his third start, Fusaichi Concorde won the Tokyo Yushun (Japanese Derby), beating subsequent Champion Dance in the Dark, and became the least-experienced winner of the race in the postwar era.
Fusaichi Concorde entered stud in Japan in 1998. Among his best progeny are seven times Listed (Jpn1) winner Blue Concorde and Grade 2 winner Balance of Game.
Fusaichi Concorde died in 2014 at the age of 21.
