Admire Mars was awarded Best Two-Year-Old Colt in Japan in 2018. Admire Mars was unbeaten in four starts as a juvenile, topped by victories in the Grade 1 Asahi Hai Futurity Stakes and the Grade 2 Daily Hai Nisai Stakes. At 3 he took the Grade 1 NHK Mile Cup, overcoming a wide passage, and became the only three-year-old winner in the Group 1 Hong Kong Mile since the race was upgraded to Group 1 in 2000, defeating older and more experienced rivals: Waikuku, Beauty Generation, Normcore, Persian Knight, and Indy Champ.
Admire Mars entered stud in Japan in 2021. His first crop hit the track in 2024. In 2025, his first crop daughter Embroidery provided her sire with his first Grade 1 victory by winning the Grade 1 Oka Sho (Japanese 1000 Guineas), went on to land the Grade 1 Shuka Sho, and was awarded Best Three-Year-Old Filly in Japan.
Among his other best progeny are Namura Clara, who took the Listed Kobai Stakes; Planet Red, who finished 2nd in the Group 1 Caulfield Guineas; and Theresa, who finished 2nd in the Grade 2 Rose Stakes.
