A son of European Horse of the Year and Britain and Ireland Champion Sire Frankel, Mozu Ascot gained his first Grade 1 victory in the Yasuda Kinen (T1600m) beating Aerolithe, Suave Richard, and Lys Gracieux at 4. He became the fifth horse to claim Grade 1 (Jpn1) titles both on turf and dirt in Japan when capturing the Grade 1 Feburary Stakes (D1600m) by 2 1/2 lengths at 6.
Mozu Ascot entered stud in Japan in 2021. His first foals are yearlings of 2023.
