He scored a come-from-behind victory in the Takamatsunomiya Kinen at 5. He also won the Tokyo Sports Hai Sansai Stakes, the Tokyo Shimbun Hai, and the Nakayama Kinen.
King Halo entered stud in Japan in 2001. Among his best progeny are Yushun Himba (Japanese Oaks) winner Kawakami Princess, Sprinters Stakes winner Laurel Guerreiro, JBC Ladies Classic winner Medeia, and NAR Horse of the Year Kitasan Mikazuki.
He died in 2019 at the age of 24.
