Greater London, a half-brother to Japanese Oaks winner Daiwa el Cielo, was plagued by injuries in his racing career, but registered fifth straight victory at 5 and gained his first graded race victory in the Grade 3 Chukyo Kinen at 6 in a course record time of 1:32.3 for 1600m on turf at Chukyo.
Greater London entered stud in Japan in 2019. His first crop hit the track in 2022. He has sired some good winners including London Plan, who won the Grade 3 Kokura Nisai Stakes; Yurisha, who landed the Listed Elfin Stakes; and Channel Tunnel, who finished 2nd in the Listed Junior Cup and finished 3rd in the Grade 3 Arlington Cup.
