Stella Veloce was born in 2018. He is by Bago out of Oh My Baby by Deep Impact.
Stella Veloce was fast and precocious enough to win the Grade 3 Saudi Arabia Royal Cup and finish 2nd in the Grade 1 Asahi Hai Futurity Stakes, both over 1600 meters, at 2. He added another graded win in the Grade 2 Kobe Shimbun Hai and finished 3rd in both the Grade 1 Satsuki Sho (Japanese 2000 Guineas) and the Grade 1 Tokyo Yushun (Japanese Derby). He is by Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe winner Bago, who also sired four-time Grade 1 winner Chrono Genesis.
Stella Veloce entered stud in Japan in 2025.
